More of David & Bryan's Party...

This party was amazing! They had carnival style games for the kids to play, with prize galleries for each one! Tanner is playing the Duck Scoop game. After he scooped up a duck, they would look at the bottom of the duck for a number (1, 2, or 3) and then he would get to pick out a prize from the basket that had the same number!

Cody is playing the Treasure Chest game! The object of the game was to dig up a treasure chest which, when opened, would reveal the number of the prize basket they could choose from!
There was also a bean bag toss, Tic Tac Toe with baseballs, ping pong goldfish (which didn't involve winning real goldfish, thank goodness!), and Hoopla! And the prizes were nice ones too! The boys got some big wooden trains, monster trucks, squirting turtles, etc. They didn't even use all of their tickets because they had so much stuff in their goody bags!

David and Bryan's Birthday!

Cody and Tanner went to David & Bryan's third birthday party today! They are my cousin's twin boys, I think that makes them Cody & Tanner's "cousins twice removed" or something like that.

Here's Bryan making the cutest face ever! Those boys are a riot!

Lexie's Little Party!

Lexie turned one last week, and they had a "little" get together. Little as in, uh, about 45 people! She having her "big" party next month with her cousin! I can't imagine how many people will be at that bash!

No, this isn't the dessert buffet at the Bellagio, this is a "little" party for ONE baby!

New Hangout

Russell and the boys have found their new hangout since we've moved. It's a little park that's not too far (so Russ can ride his bike with the boys in the bike trailer), not too big, and most importantly, it has a little fence (to keep Tanner from running into the street!)! Watching two wild boys by yourself, in an open area, is stressful. When I do it, I feel like I need chameleon eyes (that go in different directions) because they always seem to want to go every which way, but not together! Fences at parks are our friends, that's for sure! Russell always takes snacks for them too, and they LOVE it!

Cody and Carissa

We went down to see Russell's family March 28 - 31. We all had a great time seeing everyone! The boys feel right at home at Grandma & Grandpa's house down in the San Fernando Valley, and we also feel like we've never left while we're there.

I always worry that Cody & Tanner's cousin Carissa will start forgetting about us (and grow distant) since we've moved. But she still treats us as if she just saw us last week! Whew!
Here's a little photo shoot Ansell had while we were there.
Say Cheese...

Say RAHHHH!!!
