Before we moved from El Segundo, Russell used to walk the boys down to the beach after work. He found a spot that was no longer used for the bike path (but still paved for tricycle riding), was far enough from busy Vista del Mar yet far enough from the water, plus had a lot of sandy area to run around in! He took their buckets, shovels, garbage trucks, monster trucks, snacks, and Cody's tricycle! This time, he took a kite as well. I was at home, trying to regain my sanity (after a day with our two wild ones), while Russell took pictures of their first kite flying experience.
